I have known Mama Omeogo since when I was young and I had many encounters with her while she was alive. These encounters brought me close to God and proved to me that she is a saintly woman. These are my experiences:
Firstly, as young wives in the village, she normally calls us to give us tips on how to become good wives. She always says: ‘If you want to have a happy home and you want your husband to live long, love your husbands. Quoting her, a woman who hates her husband is always scattering the community because happy homes build a healthy community. These pieces of advice are what helped us as young wives and those of us who heeded her admonitions are living happily with our family to date.
Secondly, my daughter was married for seven years and was unable to conceive. In Mama’s love and her natural way of showing concern, she called us and began to pray for my daughter. After a short while, my daughter conceived and gave birth to a son. Today, she has two kids and happily Living with her husband.
Lastly, my daughter suffered a terrible stroke that paralised a part of her body. One day, we visited Mama Omeogo and laid our complaints to her. She was deeply touched, and moved with compassion, she began to pray for my daughter. After some days, my daughter recovered miraculously, without a visit to the hospital and we were marvelled.

Five years ago, my family was in disarray, under the captivity of an evil and false prophet whom my brother married. She swore to keep everybody under her evil spell. For many years, no one made any progress in our different areas of endeavours.
In 2019, I ran to the home of Mama Omeogo and prayed in her grave. I asked her to intercede for my family; for breakthroughs and open doors in my family, and for me to secure admission into University to study Nursing Science. We spent two days in her home praying. After that, I fetched the water from her local cistern (popularly called ‘well’) and also got a blessed broom. With faith, I sprinkled the water around our compound and used the broom to sweep the whole compound. Since then, it has been from one favour to another. We have recorded tremendous breakthroughs in my family.
The same year, I registered for the JUPEB programme at Madonna University. After one year, I got a direct-entry admission into 200-level Nursing Science at Madonna University. Today, I am in my final year.
